Instant Read - Get the most out of your grill

I will admit I was skeptical. I've never had a countertop indoor grill before. I did a lot of research. This grill had the best reviews on Amazon. I figured I'd order it, try it out & return it if necessary. I am BEYOND satisfied!!! It's so lightweight, I can fit so much on it, so easy to clean & the temperature knob is spot on. Don't pass this up! Best $70 I've spent in a long time!!!

I have had this grill for less than 2 weeks and I am extremely impressed with its performance. I have grilled chicken, burgers, hot dogs, and steak and everything was delicious. The sear function works perfectly and the window allows you to see the food cooking without having to open the hood. It is made of stainless steel so it will never rust and cleaning it is simple and very easy. This is by far the best indoor grill I have ever owned; I highly recommend this product!

This thermometer is great. It is very accurate and very fast. You simply push the probe into whatever you were cooking and it instantly tells you the temperature. With this thermometer, you do not have to worry about under cooking or over cooking whatever it is you may be grilling. My wife thinks I am a great cook because of this thing. Her steaks come out perfect every time. It lights up very well at night so that you can see it. It’s easy to read even without my glasses. Lol. I would highly recommend this if you do any grilling and want your steaks, burgers or chicken to come out right.

I've had this for a few months now and it has changed the way I use an instant-read thermometer. For years we used the analog ones with a nickel-sized dial; they were hard to read and we were never sure of the accuracy -- in fact we'd get readings 10 degrees apart when we'd try both on the same dish. After noticing some expensive digital models in a cooking supply store, I researched this on Amazon and it looked like a sound bet at about half the price. It works well and the large readout, quick response, and hinged probe make it way more useful than the old analog thermometers. For example, I used it this weekend on a rolled and stuffed chicken breast. Without the thermometer I would have taken it out 20 minutes too early and had a mess on my hands; with one of my old analogues I would have not trusted the low reading. With the Taylor, it took all of about 15 seconds to open the oven, place the probe, confirm that the center was too cool, close up the oven and reset the timer. I checked two more times and nailed it -- the chicken and cheesy stuffing were perfect. So after years of cooking with thermometers that still left us making "guesswork" decisions, we finally have what we really needed!

I own a restaurant, and this is the best thermometer you can buy for the money. We've used lots of Taylor brand thermometers, but this has the fastest response time by far. Our fry and grill cooks use these all day for checking temps, and they hold up to everyday use. The speed, though, is the best feature of this thermometer.
