there are cheaper baking mats but it is well worth the extra to get the best baking mat, I have tried others but they just don't hold up like silpat does

Works great, good product. No cooking spray needed. I made sugar cookies on them and when they started to cool off i was able to slide them on the sheet easily. No sticking and no harmful toxins come off of these into your food. If you are going to buy silicone mats these would be the ones. Watch for the sales! And they are all the same some just have pictures on them. It is the real silpat mat.

I did not want an oven mat made in China. This Silpat brand costs more, but it's worth the price. No toxic burn-off vapors like from the cheaper ones. This one is a quality mat.

Just like their full sized counter parts used in full and half sheet pans, these Silpats work exceptionally well in quarter sheet pans. No complaints, easy to clean and last a lifetime. Saves money of silicone or parchment disposable liners. Would recommend to any serious baker.
